Connell Dental has been offering comprehensive family and cosmetic dental care in the Shoals area since 1998. We have enjoyed getting to know the Shoals, what it has to offer, and the wonderful people who live here. We are dedicated to giving you and your family the most exceptional dental care to create a beautiful and lasting smile for years to come. Payment information
We pride ourselves on offering some of the best prices in the Shoals area. Our focus is our patients, and we strive to give you and your family the absolute best care at a minimal cost. Dr. Nolin Connell is a PPO provider for BlueCross and BlueShield of Alabama, Southland, Guardian, United Healthcare (Medicare), Humana, Principal, Ameritas, Cigna, United Concordia, Metlife, and Viva. Dr. Keith Connell is a PPO provider for BlueCross and BlueShield of Alabama and Southland.
In addition, we file out of network for many other insurance companies; call our office for details. We do not accept Medicaid at this time. Our payment options include cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and checks (Credit/debit cards will incur a 3.5% convenience fee).

Meet our Dental Team
Dr. Keith Connell, DMD
Dr. Connell is a native of Birmingham, AL. After graduating from Thompson High School and Samford University, Dr. Connell received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. He has worked in the Shoals area since 1987, and he is committed to completing quality continuing education to offer the highest calibor of care for his patients. He is licensed and board certified to practice dentistry in the state of Alabama. Dr. Connell is a Silver Certificate Member of the Alabama Dental Association, and he is also a participating member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Connell has two children, Claire and Nolin. Claire is a graduate from Mississippi College with a degree in Chemistry. Dr. Connell enjoys being outdoors at his farm and on the water whenever he is not in the office. He is also an avid musician. You can usually find Dr. Connell spending his time fishing or picking the mandolin/guitar when he is not in the office.
Dr. Nolin Connell, DMD

Dr. Nolin is a native of Muscle Shoals, AL. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at Auburn University with a minor in Spanish. He then went on to pursue dentistry at UAB where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, and American Academy of General dentistry. Dr. Nolin also works with pediatric patients (ages 1+) and enjoys treating our youngest patients with enthusiasm and fun! Outside of the office, Dr. Nolin enjoys being on the river and is an avid traveler.
